摘    要:CAPP是CAD/CAM集成的桥梁和纽带,由于工艺决策问题约束复杂、随机性强,排序准则的确定需要根据具体的加工环境和加工对象来制定。为了便于工艺路线的自动生成,本文采用AHP(层次规划法),一种数学决策模型,进行排序优先级的确定。首先介绍了AHP模型及其构造算法,然后,以回转体零件在数控加工中心上的工步排序方案决策为例,用Visual Ba-sic编制程序,验证了基于AHP的柔性工艺优先排序决策方法的可行性。

Abstract:It has been recognized that computer aided process planning(CAPP) plays an important role in an integrated CAD and CAM system.Decision-making for CAPP must take into account several applicable constraints which has been a huge difficulty in constructing CAPP development platforms all the time.This paper proposes the application of Analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a mathematical decision modeling tool,for solving complicated decision-making.Firstly,AHP method is introduced,Secondly,an example is considered to demon-strate and validate the AHP for the selection of operation sequence on condition that some applicable constraints are given,which is realized by visual basic.
