摘    要:采用微波法制备了混合金属氧化物固载的杂多酸(HPA)催化剂HPA/ TiO2-SnO2,通过TEM、IR和TG-DTA等测试手段对催化剂进行了表征。在马来酸和异戊醇合成马来酸二异戊酯的反应中,考察了催化剂的催化活性以及影响酯化反应的相关因素。结果表明,最适宜的反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比 6∶1 (马来酸用量为0.05 mol, 异戊醇用量为0.30 mol),催化剂用量 0.75 g,回流分水50 min。马来酸二异戊酯的收率>91%。

Abstract:A new heteropolyacid (HPA)/TiO_2-SnO_2 solid acid catalyst was prepared under microwave and characterized by TEM, TG-DTA and IR. Activity of the catalyst for synthesis of diisopentyl maleate from isopentanol and maleic acid and various factors influencing the esterification were investigated. The catalyst exhibited high activity for synthesis of diisopentyl maleate under mild temperature. The most favorable conditions were as follows, with ester yield of 91%:n(maleic acid)=0.05 mol,(n(isopentanol))=0.30 mol,m(catalyst)=0.75 g and reflux time for water segration =50 min.
