PLC技术在稻谷烘干机控制系统中的应用

摘    要:文中阐述了稻谷烘干机的干燥工艺,并以PLC为主控单元,进行了稻谷烘干机控制系统的总体设计,利用触摸屏设计了系统的控制界面。该控制系统的设计可明显减小稻谷的爆腰率,提高了稻谷烘干后的品质,同时降低了能耗。

Abstract:Firstly, drying technology of the paddy dryer is elaborated; then a rice drying machine control system is designed, which takes PLC as the main control unit. By using the touch screen, control interface of this system is designed. As a result, the rice fissuring rate could be obviously reduced, the grain drying quality could be improved and energy consumption could be reduced.
