| 摘 要： | 针对原钻孔刀具加工喷油器压板孔的加工效率低、刀具成本高且钻头崩损的缺陷,结合生产实际情况,从选择合理刀具、取消定心和取消分段加工三方面,对生产线的刀具进行优化,提高了生产效率,降低了刀具成本.

| Abstract: | According to processing inefficient,high cost tools and drill collapse of original cutting tool for drilling hole injector plate,the text optimizes the tool on the production line from selecting a reasonable tool,the abolition of centering,cancellation of sub-processing,which improves production efficiency and reduces tool costs. |
