开卷机四棱锥套铣削专用夹具设计

摘    要:针对工件的结构特点和加工方法,统一考虑整套数控加工中心铣削专用夹具的结构设计.该专用夹具着重解决了四棱锥套的定位问题、夹紧问题和多工位分度问题,并通过球冠形对刀块的设置,解决了刀具的对刀问题.通过该夹具的使用,可以实现工件的快速定位和可靠夹紧,保证加工质量,提高加工效率.
