| 摘 要： | 根据轿车用转向助力泵的设计准则,设计出运动学特性好且流量脉动小的分段式组合曲线,运用Pro/E软件对轿车用转向助力泵进行三维实体建模及装配.运用Pro/E的Mechanism模块对转向助力泵进行运动仿真分析,得出泵的位移、速度和加速度变化曲线,并与理论推导得出的位移、速度和加速度变化曲线进行对比,可以快速、直观地对定子曲线进行优化设计.
