摘    要:以L-苹果酸为原料,与苄胺反应,再经熔融法得到标题化合物。考察了反应温度和时间对反应收率的影响,优化条件为:反应温度140℃,反应时间8 h,标题化合物的收率为68%。目标化合物结构经核磁共振氢谱、红外、比旋度确证。

Abstract:1-Benzyl-3-hydroxypyrrolidine-2,5-dione could be synthesized via melting reaction of the salt formed by L-malic acid and benzylamine in methanol. The reaction was carried out at different temperatures and times. We found that the best conditions were 140℃ and 8h with the yield of 68%. The structure of the target product was confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and specific rotation.
