摘    要:坚持“以人为本”是马克思主义的本质要求,而中国共产党人的奋斗历程,无论历史或现实都体现了马克思主义“以人为本”的精神内涵。就企业而言,他既作为社会的一个重要组成部分,亦必然要遵循马克思主义关于“人的全面发展”的思想理论。因此,在构建和谐企业的过程中,必须把“以人为本”这个根本要求贯穿并融入到企业的生产经营和改革发展过程中,从而达到促进企业与员工两者和谐发展的最高境界。

Abstract:Adhere to the "people-oriented"is an essential requirement of marxism. Chinese communist party's struggle, whether historyor reality, reflects the marx doctrine "people-oriented " spirit connotation. Enterprises as an important social component, must follwe the marx doctrine about "full-scale development of the person" thought theory. Therefore, in the process of the construction of harmonious enterprises, we must put the basic requirement--"people-oriented" into the production and operation of enterprises and into the process of reform and de- velopment. To promote the highest realm of the harmonious development of euterprises and employees.
