| 摘 要： | 通过对手轮结构、表面质量和尺寸等基本参数的分析,对手轮注射成型模具进行了整体结构设计和部分零件的结构设计.该模具为潜伏式浇口动模推杆进浇的二板模,采用二次推出解决了因产品空间受限无法利用内抽芯或斜顶成型筒形内部骨位的难题.模具结构简单合理,产品质量合格、稳定.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the structure, surface quality and basic parameters of the wheel, the overall structure and component structure of the hand wheel injection mold are designed. This mold is two-plate mold with submarine gate and plastic flows into the cavity through the gate on the push pole. The problem that the bone-bit can＇t be formed by inner pulling or slant because of the limited space is solved. The mold structure is simple and reasonable, product quality is acceptable and stable. |
