| 摘 要： | 以邻碘苯酚为原料,通过Sonogashira交叉偶联反应以及环化反应,选择性合成了2-苯基-3-溴苯并呋喃。在优化反应条件下,反应总收率为91.1%,产物结构经1H NMR和MS确证。

| Abstract: | 3-Bromo-2-phenylbenzofuran was synthesized via Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction and cyclization from 2-iodophenol.Under optimum conditions,the target compound was produced in overall yield of 91.1%,and its structure was characterized with 1H NMR and MS spectra. |
