叠片式吊钩的曲梁计算探讨

摘    要:铸造起重机用叠片式吊钩的外形通常由几个危险截面的强度计算确定,但危险截面附近的过渡形状的确定也有一定的参考作用,文中基于曲梁理论分析钩口危险截面附近截面许用应力计算,使板钩形状设计更准确、合理。

Abstract:The overall dimensions of laminated hook using by ladle crane are usually confirmed by strength calculation of the dangerous cross-section, and also refer tO the transition shape near the dangerous cross-section. This paper is based on the Craved Beam Theory to ana- lyze the cross-section calculation of the admissible stress near dangerous cross-section of the hook mouth, so as to make the design of the hookshape accuracy and reasonable.
