摘    要:不锈钢开水煲外壳由于结构复杂,需要两次拉伸成形,经历了复杂的非线性弹塑性变形,因此,单凭经验很难设定其成形工艺参数.利用正交试验法,建立优化表,采用Dynaform板料成形软件,模拟对开水壶外壳两次拉伸成形,从而获得最优的工艺参数组合.

Abstract:Because of the kettle body from stainless steel complex structure,it need secondary stamping.Therefore,only experience very difficult to set the forming process parameters.Established the experiment table by orthogonal test.Simulation of the secondary stamping of kettle body from stainless steel by using dynaform,which is the sheet metal forming software.To obtain optimal process parameters.
