过氧化物交联高密度聚乙烯管材专用料的研究

摘    要:分析了进口过氧化物交联聚乙烯管材专用料的结构特点,并与国产PE80级树脂进行了比较,结果表明,进口专用料为丁烯共聚产品,具有共聚单体含量低、相对分子质量高且分布窄、熔点高和力学性能好等特点.研究了交联剂用量对管材交联度和机械性能的影响,交联剂的较佳用量在0.3%~0.5%;考察了7种不同抗氧剂组合的耐热水抽提和抗老化特...

Abstract:The structure and properties of the imported resin were analyzed.The results showed that the specialized resin is an ethylene/butene-1 copolymer,which has the following features: lower copolymer content,higher molecular weight,narrower molecular weight distribution,higher melting temperature and better mechanical properties,compared with a domestic PE80 resin.The effects ofcrosslinking agents on the gel content and tensile performance were studied for the production of peroxide crosslinked HDPE pipes,showing that the additive agent between 0.3% and 0.5% is optimum.Furthermore,7 different antioxidant composites with their extraction resistance and ageing resistance were evaluated.Hydrostatic performance of the pipes made from the specialized HDPE resin with the selected additives satisfied the GB requirements.
