2-氨基-3-氯-1,4-萘醌的合成研究

摘    要:以2,3-二氯萘醌与氨气为原料,甲醇作溶剂,制备了2-氨基-3-氯-1,4-萘醌.考察了反应条件对产品收率的影响,得到最佳工艺条件:在二氯萘醌用量为0.1 mol,氨与二氯萘醌的物质的量比为6,氨甲醇溶液含量15%~17%,反应温度20~25℃,反应时间4h,产品收率可达96%.

Abstract:The reactions for synthesizing 2 - amino - 3 - chloro - 1,4 - naphthalenedione from 2,3 - dichloronaphthoquinone and ammonia were studied using methanol as solvent. The result showed the product yield could be up to 96% under the reaction conditions as follows: molar ratio of ammonia to diehloronaphthoquinone 6, content of ammonia in the ammonia - methanol 15% - 17% , reaction temperature 20 -25 ℃ , reaction time 4 hours.
