高速电主轴的温度数据无线采集系统设计

摘    要:应用AVR ATmegal6单片机无线通信技术,设计电主轴温度数据无线采集系统.该系统的监控终端PC与AVRATmega16单片机通过无线信道进行通信,完成对电主轴运行状态的远程实时监控,为实现电主轴温升在线控制系统提供了数据基础.

Abstract:Based on wireless communication technology AVR microcontroller to build a wireless spindle temperature data acquisition system,whose terminal-monitoring PC communicates with AVR single-chip computer on each floor through wireless channel,so as to monitor the operational status of the entire part remotely and real-time.And it affords the data base of the temperature for the control system of the electrical principal axis.
