稀土发光材料在化学复合镀中应用的研究

摘    要:把稀土发光材料 (红粉或蓝粉 )和分散剂放入碱性化学镀铜溶液中 ,一定条件下 ,在铜或钢基体上可以获得某种特定用途的含稀土的铜基复合镀层。用波长为 2 5 4 nm (或 36 5 nm )紫外光照射和 X射线衍射仪证实了镀层中的稀土发光材料。根据稀土发光材料在镀层中的分布可以研究镀覆条件的影响

Abstract:A composite copper-based coating with RE for specific purposes on copper or steel substrates can be acquired by employing the alkaline solution of electroless copper-plating in which the RE luminescent materials (red or blue phosphor powder) and dispersant are mixed up The luminescent material in the composite coating may be observed by irradiation with 254nm or 365nm ultraviolet rays and be confirmed by XRD patterns of the composite coating The effect of the plating conditions on composite coating can be investigated according to the dispersion of the phosphor powder in the coating
