炼铜烟灰酸浸条件对铜、锌浸出率的影响

摘    要:为利用炼铜烟灰制取硫酸铜和硫酸锌 ,研究了浸取条件对铜、锌浸出率的影响。试验结果表明 :用分段连续法浸取 ,铜、锌浸取率≥ 98% ,铁浸取率可控制在 0 .0 2 %以下 ,其工艺条件为 :液固比为 3∶ 1 ,温度 80~ 90℃ ,硫酸加入量为 3 9g/ L(酸浸液 ) ,滴酸时间为 1 .5h,浸取时间 2 h。

Abstract:The effect of acid leaching conditions on leaching rate of copper and zinc in process for production of copper and zinc sulfates from copper smelting dust was studied in this paper. The results show that leaching rate of copper and zinc is above 98% respectively, and that of iron is below 0.02% by addition of sulfuric acid in step and continuous conditions.The proposed conditions are as follows: liquid to solid ratio of 3∶1,leaching temperature of 80~90℃,time for adding sulfuric acid of 1.5h,and leaching time of 2h.
