万安水电厂主汛期水库优化调度

万安水库主汛期(4—6月)以防汛为主，水库在批复的汛期运行水位运行，在洪水前水库预泄至汛限水位调节洪水。但在小洪水过程中，可以利用现有的库容及预报手段利用机组发电预泄达到充分利用水资源、优化调度、提高发电效益的目的，同时减少机组在震动较大的低水头区间运行。该文对汛期的运行进行了分析，对小洪水及洪水初期初步提出优化、经济运行方案，充分挖掘水库的经济效益、提高机组运行的可靠性。

Primary Discussion of Reservoir Optimizing Regulation on Major flood Season in Wan' An Hydroelectric Plant

During the main flood season,flood p revention is the main task of Wan' An reservoir,which is running at the allowed operating level of flood season.Before the flood,the reservoir will decrease its capacity to the lim ited level of flood by drafting from the storage.During the small area flood season,however,the reservoir can decrease its capacity by power generation based on the arrangement of its available capacity,which wil l achieve many purposes including fu lly using of the water resource,best dispatching th e reservoir,increasing its benefit of power generation and lessening th e chance that the machine group runs at the low head.This article analyzed running of the re servoir in the flood season and optim ization and economical running scheme of electr ic power plant during the season of sm all area flood and initial stages of f lood.This article also addressed the methods t o improve economical benefit of rese rvoir and the reliability of machine unit.
