基于UC3844的多路输出IGBT驱动电源设计

摘    要:介绍一种采用UC3844集成芯片实现的多路输出单端反激式IGBT驱动电源。根据设计要求给出了该电路的具体设计步骤及电路参数。实验结果表明,该电源的可靠性高,稳定性好,输出纹波小,能够适应电网电压10%和负载20%的波动。

Abstract:A single-end flyback converter with multiplexed output for IGBT drive based on UC3844 is presented. The design process and the practical parameter of the circuit are introduced. Testified by the experiment, this power supply for IGBT drive has lower ripple, outstanding reliability and stability, besides these, it can also accommodate to the fluctuate of the electric network for 10% and the load for 20%.
