直埋热水管道过渡段热伸长量的线算法

摘    要:研究了不同埋深下热水管道过渡段热伸长量△L与其对应的最大热伸长量△L_(max)的比值△L/△L_(max)和管道过渡段长度L与管道最大过渡段长度L_(max)的比值L/L_(max)之间的关系,给出了量纲一热伸长量线算图。根据该图可以简便地计算直管过渡段中任一点的热伸长量,其计算结果与理论计算结果误差在5%以内。

Abstract:Explores the relationship between the ratio of the thermal expansion length of partly restrained section to its maximum thermal expansion length and the ratio of the length of partly restrained section to its maximum length under different buried depths.Gives the dimensionless thermal expansion length calculating graph which can be used to calculate the thermal expansion length conveniently,and the error between the graph calculating result and the theoretical value is less than 5%.
