碳基吸附剂结构对天然气脱附量的影响

摘    要:采用不同的活性炭作为天然气吸附剂,分别于3.4MPa、7.0MPa对活性炭的天然气脱附量进行测定。实验考察了比表面积、孔结构及活性炭密度对活性炭脱附性能的影响。实验结果表明,比表面积与孔径为4.0nm或6nm以下的孔容是影响单位质量活性炭天然气脱附量的两个关键因素,而由于滞气的影响,微孔中所脱附的天然气量只是活性炭总脱附量的一部分。其中,4.0nm或6.0nm以下的孔容与7.0MPa下单位质量活性炭天然气脱附量之间存在着良好的线性关系。

Abstract:With different activated carbons as natural gas adsorbents, the desorption capacity of adsorbents were evaluated respectively at 3.4MPa and 7.0MPa. Effects of surface area, pore structure and granular density on the desorption amount of natural gas were investigated. Results indicated that both surface area and pore volume with size smaller than 4.0nm or 6. 0nm had much influence on desorption amount of natural gas per unit mass adsorbent. Micropore volume didn' t determined the desorption amount of natural gas due to the residual of natural gas. Moreover, there was a linear relationship between pore volume with size smaller than 4.0nm or 6.0nm and desorption amount of natural gas per unit mass adsorbent at 7.0MPa.
