| 摘 要： | 根据江西电信后台工作人员的需要,对全流程工单监控系统进行了研究。前台工作人员受理工单后,将工单派发至相关部门,工单监控系统通过业务建模来确定关键点,从而对工单进行全流程监控,并通过存储过程技术来及时更新数据。

| Abstract: | According to the needs of the background staff in Jiangxi Telecom, we research the whole process worksheet monitoring system. After a front desk staff receives a worksheet, he will send the worksheet to relevant departments. The system will determine the key points by business modeling, so as to monitor the worksheet in whole process, and update the data in time through store procedure. |
