| 摘 要： | 新农合“农村基本医疗卫生综合信息服务平台”建设项目结合金水区农村合作医疗特点，采用先进的计算机网络技术和信息技术，建立覆盖全区乡（村）的合作医疗管理网络，将广大参舍农民的健康医疗信息整合到一起，创建参合农民健康医疗信息一体化服务平台，实现新农合信息在全区多级各终端的实时传输和同步。

| Abstract: | New farming“rural basic medical and health comprehensive information service platform”construction project combined with jinshui district rural cooperative medical characteristic,USES the advanced computer network technology and information technology to build covering the whole district township（village）of cooperative medical management network,will broad ginseng adds up to farmer＇s health medical information all together, create ginseng adds up to farmers health medical information integration service platform to realize new farming information in the multi-level each terminal real-time transmission and the synchronization. |
