摘    要:根据扩散渗透机理,从材料结构的角度讨论了影响塑料包装材料阻隔性的因素.综述了共混合填充改性技术在提高塑料包装材料阻隔性能和力学性能中的研究应用现状.重点评述了共混改性时组分性质、加工方法对材料的微观结构、阻隔性能和力学性能的影响以及填充改性所面临的共性问题、表面改性技术的发展和应用,强调了片状纳米填充材料的分散性和取向性对阻隔性能的重要作用.此外,还对塑料改性技术在包装材料方面的应用前景进行了展望,指出了共混合填充技术今后需要重点解决的问题.

Abstract:s: The factors influencing barrier of wrapper were briefly introduced from the structure of material based on the mechanism of diffusion and permeation. Applications of filling and blending modification technologies in improving the barrier and mechanics properties were comprehensively reviewed. Meanwhile, it was emphasized that microscopic structure, barrier and mechanical properties were evidently influenced by component characters, mass states of macromolecule, process methods in blending. The present status of surface modification technology, common problems of filling technology were given. The importance of dispersibility and tropism of sheet nano-composites for the barrier were also discussed with examples. The prospects of application of plastic modification technology and its key problems were pointed out.
