| 摘 要： | 分析了LEED标准的制定背景，给出了与暖通空调相关的LEED标准条文。介绍了LEED标准中绿色建筑的设计方法、认证制度及设计中应遵循的原则。讨论了绿色建筑的3个评价指标：绿色性、经济性和技术先进性。

| Abstract: | Analyses the establish background of leadership in energy and environmental design(LEED). Presents the standard clauses of LEED code related to HVAC. Describes the design method,authentication system and design principle of green buildings in the code. Discusses the three evaluation criterions of the green building: greeness,economics and technological advantages. |
