| 摘 要： | 结合自身工作实践,以宿迁市为例,从整治重点和协调近远期关系等方面总结了新农村建设中的村庄整治规划,指出整治规划编制应以村民共同关心的道路、建筑立面、围墙、厕所、垃圾、菜园、排水等为整治重点,才能得到村民的理解和支持。

| Abstract: | By combining with the working practice in Suqian city, the paper from the treatment key points and the coordination of relationship between near and future periods,sums up the country planning of the new country construction,and points out the planning compilation should be considered as the emphasis including roads,building elevation,surrounding walls,toilets,junks,vegetable gardens and drainage,so as to obtain the understanding and support of country people. |
