摘    要:为满足部分套管变形油水井封堵底部层 ,生产上部层位的措施要求 ,研制了Y4 5 3—10 5小直径可钻桥塞、ZYYT— 10 6液压投送注灰一体化工具。施工作业时 ,利用油管把小直径液压投送工具和小直径可钻桥塞输送到目的层后 ,由水泥车憋压坐封桥塞 ,实现封堵。当需要时 ,坐封桥塞后 ,不起出投送管柱就可进行注灰 ,实现无电缆打塞倒灰工艺。试验证明 ,这种工具及管柱工艺成功率达 10 0 % ,操作简单 ,安全可靠 ,密封有效期长。

Abstract:To plug bottom formation and upper production formation in the casing-distortion well, a integrative tool with small diameter bridge plug, Model Y453-105, and hydraulic releasing cement-injecting tool, Model ZYYT-106, are developed by Shenli Oil Production Technology Research Institute. While operating, a small diameter hydraulic releasing tool and a small diameter drillable bridge plug is lowed at target formation by tubing, the bridge plug is seated by hydraulic pressure and the formation is plugged. Cement injecting can be carried out without lifting string and cement can be poured out without electric cable. Test results show that the tool and technology feature simply operating safety and reliability, effective sealing with successive ratio 100%.
