| 摘 要： | 党内和谐对校园和谐具有重要的意义.高校党内总体是和谐的,但也弃在一些不和谐的因素.分析了党内不和谐的具体表现和产生原因,并从班子建设、思想建设、作风建设、组织建设和行为建设等方面提出了以党内和谐促进校园和谐的基本途径.
