摘    要:用XRD、IR、NMR、NH3-TPD、低温氮吸附和高压微反技术对两种工业改性Y沸石(超稳USY和高耐氮NTY)进行了物化性能表征。结果表明,与超稳USY沸石相比,由NH4Y沸石经水热处理后再经无机酸处理制得的高耐氮NTY沸石的比表面积大、孔容大、二次孔多,NTY的酸中心数与USY相近,但NTY以强酸中心为主,且酸中心间距较大,因而使其耐氮性能和开环性能均得以提高。

Abstract:Two kinds of commercialized modified Y zeolites (nitrogen tolerant Y zeolite-NTY and ultra stable Y zeolite-USY) are characterized by XRD, IR, NMR, NH3-TPD, low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption, and high pressure hydrocracking reactions carried out in a micro-reactor. As compared with USY,the surface area and the pore volume was higher for NTY prepared by hydrothermal treated NH4Y followed by acid treating. NTY possessed more secondary pores, the major part of acid sites were strong acid sites, and the number of acid sites closed to USY, the distance between the adjacent acid sites in NTY was farther apart. NTY showed good nitrogen tolerance and higher ring opening ability.
