摘    要:简述了十三陵蓄能电厂同期装置的工作原理及蓄能机组同期接线特点,详细介绍了在电厂机组同期过程中发现的问题。重点针对多年存在的并网时间长、甚至并网失败,以及抽水同期并网角度大等若干技术问题进行了分析,并提出了解决措施。通过调整与同期有关的调速器参数缩短并网时间;采用可以设置2套参数的同期装置解决抽水并网角度大的问题。这些措施经过现场实施后,取得了成功。

Abstract:The principle of the synchronizing device of the Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Station and the characteristics of synchronous connection of the units are briefly described.The problems found in the synchronizing process are introduced in detail.Mainly analyzed are some technical problems which have existed for many years,such as synchronization delay or failure,and big close angle under synchronous pump work condition.Corresponding solutions,such as adjusting governor parameters and adopting synchronizing device with two sets of parameters are put forward to shorten the synchronizing time and solve the problem of big close angle.These measures are proved valid in practice.
