摘    要:结合燃料型减压蒸馏的工艺流程特点及其研究动态。把直接接触式传热技术应用于减压塔,提出一种新的减压深拔工艺,并用化工模拟软件Aspen Plus对新流程和常规流程进行、『模拟计算与对比分析。结果表明,新流程由于采用了空塔传热技术、重减压瓦斯油在两个连续的塔段中进行冷凝的技术、减压塔一线拔出柴油的技术、“干式”减压蒸馏技术及减压过汽化油炉前循环技术等,在保证产品质量的同时提高了拔出率。新流程的总拔出率(73.55%)较常规流程的总拔出率(71.74%)提高了1.81%,产品方案和换热温位更趋合理。

Abstract:A new deep vacuum distillation process applying direct-contact heat transfer was recommended after analyzing the process feature and research trend of fuel-type vacuum tower. At the same time, simulating calculation and comparing analysis between the new process and old process was studied by using Aspen plus software. The results showed that the pull-out rate of the new process was greatly heightened because it adopted many new technologies including applying hollow column direct-contact heat transfer, high vacuum gas-oil condensation in continuous two-stage column, light vacuum gas-oil making diesel oil, dry vacuum distillation and slop oil being recycled back to the vacuum furnace inlet. The pull-out rate (73.55%) of the new process increased 1.81% than that (71.74%) of old process.
