IC卡用户分时电价管理系统

摘    要:为了适应电力市场下用户电价管理的需要,并与传统的用电收费方式相区别,提出了一种基于IC卡的用户分时电价管理模式.该模式能适应多种电价制的要求,自动更新用户电表的时段和费率参数,并完成对用电量的分时计量和计价.侧重介绍了相关的IC卡和单片机控制技术,并给出软硬件解决方案.

Abstract:In order to improve the traditional collect method of electricity bills and to meet the needs of upcoming electricity market,this paper presents and IC card related consumer real-time pricing management system.With this strategy,it is able to deal with multiform charging systems,to update metering parameters automatically in each time when IC card exchange data with a kilowatt-hour meter,and to calculate electricity rates under the principle of spot price modes.The related interface and control method between smart card and single-chip processor board are explained,and the solution scheme of hardware and software is also put forward.
