| 摘 要： | 综述了当前我国饲料磷酸钙盐的产销和生产技术状况、常用的几种饲料磷酸钙盐的理化性质以及它们作为饲料添加剂的生物学效价、饲料磷酸钙盐的生产原理及主要的几种生产方法。重点介绍了饲料磷酸钙盐化成法工艺流程,并按25万t/a规模进行了物料平衡分析,选定了主要设备的规格,为大型饲料级磷酸钙盐装置节能降耗、改善技经指标提供依据。

| Abstract: | The production marketing and technology of feed grade calcium phosphate in China at present are reviewed. The physical and chemical properties of several kinds of commonly used feed grade calcium phosphates, and the biological value of them used as feed additives are described. The production principle and several main production methods of feed grade calcium phosphates are introduced. The solidification process of feed grade calcium phosphate is emphatically introduced, the material balance analysis is carried out, and the specifications of major equipments are determined by taking 250 kt/a scale for example to provide the evidence for energy saving and consumption reduction as well as the technical and economic index improvement of large scale feed grade calcium phosphate plant. |
