北方磷矿生产湿法磷酸的脱色及除铁研究

摘    要:为降低磷酸中杂质对磷化工产品的不利影响,提高湿法磷酸产品的附加值,研究了湿法磷酸氧化-吸附-沉淀法脱色和除铁的净化技术。研究表明,采用氧化-吸附-沉淀法处理可使湿法磷酸脱色率达92.3%,可有效降低磷酸中铁含量。

Abstract:In order to decline the influence of deleterious impurity in WPA on phosphorus chemical product and to increase the added value of the products made from WPA, the oxidation-absorption-deposition purification technology for the deeolorization and iron removal of WPA are studied. Results show that by adopting oxidation-absorption-deposition treatment to treat the WPA, the decolorzation rate is of 92.3%, the iron content is decreased effectively.
