摘    要:成都东客站西站房屋盖设计为管桁架结构,下部为钢筋混凝土结构,存在屋盖钢结构吊装难度大、工期紧、土建结构复杂、施工条件不利等难点。针对施工特点与难点,详细介绍了大跨度钢结构逆作与换撑施工技术,并对结构施工的可行性进行有限元分析。结果表明该技术合理可行,满足工程质量要求,并可大大节约成本,缩短工期。

Abstract:The pipe truss structure is designed for west station house roof structure in Chengdu East Railway Station with concrete substructure.The difficulties include the hoisting of roof steel structure,the short construction period and complex construction.The author introduces reverse construction of steel structure and support replacement technology.Furthermore,the structure is calculated with finite element method.The results show that the technology is feasible to ensure construction safety and quality.
