Abstract:Based on the transformation of compound fertilizer plant by steam-drum granulation or disk granulation, the urea-formaldehyde slow release compound fertilizer is prepared. The production principle, the reaction controlling condition, production process of urea-formaldehyde, the advantages of steam-drum granulation plant for production of urea-formaldehyde including less investment, short construction period and low production cost etc are introduced. The fertilizer contains quick-available nitrogen, median- available nitrogen, long-available nitrogen, the utilization rate of nitrogen element is over 50%, there is no loss in the yield by reducing 30% fertilizer dosage.
