大型群组地脚螺栓三维可调式整体预埋技术研究

传统的螺栓预埋方式,其安装精度不能满足大型设备螺栓安装要求。介绍了一种新型的大型群组地脚螺栓三维可调式整体预埋技术。该技术在施工时通过制作定位板,准确固定群组螺栓相对位置,通过调整定位板上、下螺母,调整螺栓高度,在基槽周边布设钢筋拉锚,以调整群组螺栓的轴线位置,在浇筑混凝土时,随时监测调整,以达到螺栓精确预埋的目的。
