京杭运河特大桥主桥132m钢管拱拼装与线形控制

摘    要:宿淮铁路京杭运河特大桥最大跨为132m的连续梁-拱组合桥,钢管拱拼装跨度大,难度高,拱肋线形控制难度大。结合现场实际情况,通过方案比选,确定采用立柱式拱架法浮吊+汽车式起重机吊装方式进行钢管拱肋安装。同时对拱肋拼装各个阶段线形测量控制及要点进行详细阐述。钢管拱的施工顺利完成,并确保了工程质量和安全。

Abstract:The largest span of Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Bridge is 132m-span continuous girder-arch composite bridge.The linear control of large-span steel tube arches is difficult.Combining with construction site conditions and installation schemes selection,lifting method of floating crane and truck crane is adopted for steel pipe arch-rib assembly.Meanwhile,the control and key points of linear control are introduced.As a result,construction safety and quality are ensured.
