摘    要:云峰分公司200 kt/a、300 kt/a硫酸装置,采用亚硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢铵溶液吸收硫酸尾气中的SO2和SO3,介绍尾吸优化后的工艺流程、优化措施,使排放尾气中ρ(SO2)均在50 mg/m3以下、ρ(酸雾)小于30 mg/m3,达到国家排放标准。

Abstract:The tail gas containing SO2 and SO3 of 200 kt/a and 300 kt/a sulfuric acid plants in Yunfeng Branch Company is absorbed by the ammonium sulfite-ammonium bisulphite solution. The optimized process of tail gas absorption optimization measures is introduced. After the optimization, the content of SO2 in the tail gas is less than 50 mg/m3; the concentration of sulfuric acid mist in the tail gas is less than 30 mg/m3, which can meet the national standard.
