摘    要:对于换热器试验台水管路中发生的气蚀现象,应用数值计算方法,模拟了流体在管道节流中气蚀的过程;分析了在不同出口压力下,管路中沿程含水量、沿程压力变化等规律。数值计算结果可对管道中气蚀产生及溃灭的位置进行预测,并对相关节流装置气蚀的分析提供参考。

Abstract:Cavitation was calculated in the heat exchanger test-bed.The generation of cavitation was simulated when fluid flows through throttle pipe.Variety results of water content and pressure were obtained under different outlet pressure.The position where cavitation would occur and disappear is predicted and some throttle equipment will be benefit from the results.
