摘    要:当酸性镀锌溶液存在严重杂质干扰时,传统分析方法就无法准确测定镀液中各主盐的含量。给出了一组新型分析方法,分别测定了原料KCl的纯度,并测定了镀液中ZnCl2、KCl及H3BO3的含量。通过与传统方法测试结果比较表明,新方法步骤简便、快捷,消耗低,精确度高,在实际生产中取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:The concentration of each main salt cannot be exactly determined by traditional methods because of the serious impurity contamination of acid zinc plating bath. The purity of KCl raw material, the concentration of ZnCl_2, KCl, H_3BO_3 in the bath were respectively tested by new analysis methods. A comparision of the results by new methods with those by traditional methods shows that the new analysis methods are simple, fast, and have low consumption, high accuracy and good effects in practical production.
