动力用煤结渣倾向的判断

摘    要:针对近年来珠江电厂锅炉频繁出现的严重结渣现象,从煤种方面分析了造成锅炉结渣的各种因素,并着重从煤灰的灰成分、灰熔融特性方面进行分析,计算出灰成分、灰熔点之间的相关参数,总结出对动力用煤结渣倾向进行判断的4种方法,并将这些方法应用于珠江电厂燃煤结渣倾向的判断。实际应用表明,判断结果与珠江电厂实际结渣情况相符合。该方法为煤种掺烧和电厂燃煤管理提供了依据。

Abstract:In view of serious slagging phenomena frequently occurred in boilers of Zhujiang Power Plant in recent years, various factors leading to slagging in boilers have been analysed from aspect of coal sorts, emphatically coal ash being analysed from components and fusion point of ash, having calculated the correlating parameters between ash components and ash fusion point, summing up four methods for judging tendency of slagging for coals used in power industry, and using the said methods to judge tendency of slagging for coals fired in Zhujiang Power Plant. The results show that the conclusion of judgement is in conformity with the actual slagging situation in Zhujiang Power Plant, providing basis for mixed firing of coal sorts and coal management in power plants.
