摘    要:目前炼油厂各装置间的热联合利用是降低能耗的一种重要手段。镇海炼化分公司MTBE装置为了挖掘节能空间、尽量回收低温热进行了共沸塔重沸器热源的技术改造。将相邻一套加氢裂化装置的减二线白油低温热充分利用,作为其共沸塔重沸器的热源,大大降低了蒸汽的使用量,同时还可减轻白油出装置冷却负担,达到了相互节能目的,降低生产成本效果显著。

Abstract:At present,heat joint use of all units has been an important measurement for energy saving in refinery plant.ZRCC performed technical reform on heat sources of azeotrope tower reboiler in MTBE unit in order to explore more energy saving space and to recycle in maximum low temperature heat.The heat from paraffin oil of the adjacent hydrogenation unit is effectively utilized as the heat source of azeotrope tower reboiler so as to significantly decrease steam usage amount.At the same time,cooling burden is reduced for paraffin oil storage terminal in order to lower energy consumption for hydrogenation cracker and MTBE and to greatly cut down production cost.
