温度作用下蜗壳外围混凝土裂缝稳定性分析

摘    要:大型直埋式蜗壳结构在温度作用下,外围混凝土裂缝受力条件复杂。以某水电站蜗壳结构为计算实例,应用ANSYS有限元软件建立了带裂缝的蜗壳管节模型,引入混凝土断裂力学。考虑温度变化作用,计算蜗壳结构在温度荷载作用下外围混凝土裂缝的应力强度因子,根据混凝土复合裂缝判据判断蜗壳外围混凝土裂缝的稳定性。计算结果表明,温度荷载对蜗壳外围混凝土裂缝稳定性影响较大。

Abstract:The stress state of the surrounding concrete cracks of huge complete bearing spiral case is more complex under temperature load.The finite element model of spiral case with cracks is established here with ANSYS software.By using the fracture mechanics of concrete,the stress intensity factor of the surrounding concrete cracks of spiral case is calculated under temperature load.Then the stability of the concrete cracks under different working conditions is analyzed and assessed with the mixed crack’s criterion of concrete.The results show that the influence of temperature change to the surrounding concrete cracks of spiral case is more great.
