复合压电材料D33数值的Dilute 模型分析

摘    要:以材料的压电方程为基础, 通过引入Dilute 材料复合模型, 探讨了复合压电材料中不同组元的性能与复合材料压电常数D33的关系。将分析数据与复合压电材料的D33实验数据对照, 找出了几种提高复合材料压电性能的方法: 改善组元的介电匹配以及适量添加第三相高介电材料可显著改善复合材料的压电性能; 组元的尺寸变化也将对材料的压电性能产生一定的影响。

Abstract:Based on the piezoelect ric equation , the relationships between D33 of composite materials and the respective properties of different components were calculated by employing the Dilute serial material model . The analyzed data were compared with the experimental D33 results. The result s showed that improving the dielect ric couplecan enhance the piezoelect ric properties effectively and the particle sizes also influence the materials’properties.
