摘    要:描述了ARIZ算法用于解决产品复杂问题的流程,提出了从产品问题分析到方案解获得的整个设计过程.复合式旋流器的创新设计主要集中在静态旋流单体、旋转栅、溢流系统和供液及分离结构配置等方面.介绍了复合式旋流器工作原理,应用计算机辅助设计软件Pro/Innovator 50建立了复合式旋流器组件模型.研究发现,该装置能量损失大和分离效率低的主要原因是结构设计和布局不合理.利用ARIZ 算法流程,发掘出一种有效的分离结构设计和布局方案.复合式旋流器分离结构配置方案的创新设计验证了ARIZ算法在解决产品复杂问题方面具有通用性与高效性.

Abstract:A process for resolving complex problems in products with ARIZ was described, and a kind of analysis process for product problem evaluated was put forward. The innovative design of compound hydrocyclone was mainly concentrated on the static unit construction, rotating vane, overflow system, liquid supply, separation structure arrangement and so on. The working principle of the compound hydrocyclone was described, and the component model of compound hydrocyclone was built with computer-aided design software Pro/ Innovator 50. It has been found that the main reason of the energy loss and low separating efficiency was the separation structure design and layout that was not reasonable. Finally, an effective structure design and layout scheme of separation structure was discovered using ARIZ process. It is proved that the generality and efficiency of ARIZ is verified to resolve complex problems for products.
