水轮机尾水肘管加劲环安装控制线计算

摘    要:在漫湾二期和小湾水电站水轮埋件尾水肘管制造过程中,加劲环安装开始采用参考线直接以管口均匀划线的方法进行,这种安装方法无法保证安装准确度,在加劲环接头处出现折弯,外观质量不美观,安装困难且进度缓慢。尾水肘管体型巨大,属异型管,展开和卷板成型比较复杂,每节肘管上设两圈加劲环,安装工作量大。安装基准线采用计算数据进行划线,可以保证加劲环的安装质量,保证制造进度,在漫湾二期和小湾水电站尾水肘管安装过程中采用了该方法,证明了该方法准确、合理、可靠。文章就该计算方法作了论述。

Abstract:In the course of manufacturing the turbine draft tube elbows for both Manwan phase II hydropower plant and Xiaowan hydropower plant the installation of stiffener rings was once carried out directly by elbow orifice unuiformly marking out the reference line.This method could not ensure accuracy of its installation,and was liable to cause folding and bending at the stiffener ring connection,which is not pleasing to eye.Further,the installation was difficult and slow.The draft tube elbow is huge in size and special in shape,and it is difficult to unfold,roll up and shape.It is quite a big job to install two stiffener rings for each elbow.The adoption of calculations for marking out the installation reference line can ensure both installation quality and manufacturing schedule of stiffener rings.This method has been used for installation of draft tube elbows in both Manwan phase II hydropower plant and Xiaowan hydropower plant,and proved accurate,rational and reliable.The paper gives an exposition of the calculation method.
