摘    要:以国内某汽车总装车间生产项目为平台,设计开发了基于西门子WINCC组态软件及工业以太网技术的生产线上位监控系统。结合生产实际情况及工艺流程,提出并建立了整套监控方案,包括系统结构和软硬件的组成,并对设计过程中出现的相关问题进行了分析。通过实际的调试和运行,结果表明该系统的建立提高了车间生产的信息化管理水平,推动信息技术深入车间底层,促进了企业生产制造能力和综合竞争力的提高。

Abstract:Based on an automobile assembly plant production project and Siemens WINCC configuration-based software and the industrial Ethernet technology,this article designs a monitor system.Combined with the actual production process,the paper proposes and establishes the whole control scheme,including the composition of hardware and software,and analyzes the problems of the design process. After the actual commissioning and operation,the result shows that the establishment of the system has improved the level of industrial production and information management,promoted information technology in-depth workshop and the enterprise production capacity,and improved the comprehensive competitiveness.
