摘    要:半固态流变成形是目前研究的重点,而优质半固态浆料的制备技术是降低成本,促使流变成形技术早日实现工业应用的关键因素。从晶粒来源和晶粒生长两个角度深入探讨了树枝晶破碎球化技术、控制形核抑制树枝晶生长技术.总结出流变成形中浆料制备的基本思路。在此基础上着重介绍了“剪切低温浇注式”半固态浆料制备工艺。

Abstract:The current effort of semi-solid processing is focused on the rheo-forming technique. But, simpler and more economical method for producing semi-solid slurry is one of the most important factors to achieve cost effective and make rheo-forming commercialized in industry application. From the origin of grain and grain growth, two different routes to obtain semi-solid slurry were deeply discussed, such as dendrite fracture, controlled nucleation and limited growth. The fundamental principles through which sound semi-solid slurry can be effectively obtained were summarized. Finally, we presented a simple rheocasting process, termed "Low Superheat Pouring with a Shear Field".
