矿用连采机铲板浮动研究

连续采矿机作为一种综合机械化采掘设备,不仅能实现短壁机械化开采,而且还能进行巷道掘进,应用范围广泛,市场前景良好。连续采矿机工作时各电机和油缸动作比较多,对操作司机要求很高,为了简化司机的操作工序,铲板举升油缸采用浮动的方案。浮动油缸的目的是使铲板底面始终自动紧贴底板。现就连续采矿机的铲板浮动油缸的方案进行研究探讨。

Study on the floating of the shovel plate of the continuous mining machine

As a kind of comprehensive mechanized mining equipment,continuous miner can not only realize short wall mechanized mining,but also carry out roadway excavation,with a wide range of applications and a good market prospect.In order to simplify the operation procedure of the driver,the floating scheme is adopted to lift the oil cylinder of the shovel plate.The purpose of the float cylinder is to keep the bottom surface of the spade against the base plate automatically at all times.In this paper,the scheme of floating oil cylinder of continuous mining machine is studied.
